No Happy Endings :/

It's a new day, Let yesterday slip away. Starting off good with a shower, I now have the power. One message can make me smile, The next makes my heart run a mile. Time for work, Put on that smile, don't be a jerk. Getting better as I go, Even though it's kinda slow. I have an internal time bomb, Gotta learn to stay calm. Harsh words are thrown around, No solution has been found. You chose her, My love for you is starting to blur. As my heartbeat becomes slow, I'm starting to see a slight glow. My life flashes before my eyes, I know I will not rise. Life as I know it, Is nothing but a slit. There are no happy endings in this shitty world we all live in. Cherish the moments that make you happy, they won't always be there when you need them the most.
